1. Products at Boria Vistar are handcrafted with care. The products have been tested for color fastness various times on our side. The washing instructions need to be followed in order to maintain the quality of the product. Any further damages caused due to external factors/procedures carried out by yourself shall not be reimbursed or exchanged by the company.
All items purchased during events and promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Boria Bistar goes through a rigorous process of quality checks before shipping the items out to clients. Customers are requested to check the package thoroughly on arrival to ensure that the product they ordered in intact and in the right order. If Your goods have reached a torrid condition to you, please write an email to our customer care (including a customer care mailer) along with your order number to help us resolve your problem.
Please keep in mind that it would be best if you could click images of the goods upon arrival on such an occasion.

3. Customers must collect their delivery on the chosen date and time. If the delivery is missed for any reason, the next shipping would be extra charged even if the product has been purchased in a free shipping promotion time.

4. Once the resources have been added to your Boria Bistar account, they cannot be transferred back to any other bank account or online account for further use. The resources in the Boria Bistar account are solely meant for the purchases on the site only.

5. Deliveries outside the Indian Nation, will be subjected to local customs duties and other local taxes which will be payable by the customer for their country of residence.
